Nondeductible portion of dues calculated

The calculation representing the nondeductible portion of your member dues attributable to lobbying expenditures by the OBA fiscal year ending April 30, 2009 has been made. It was compiled by the independent auditing firm of HoganTaylor LLC. Please, feel free to forward it to your corporate tax preparer.

This year's applicable percentage is 22.60 percent.
