2011 senior management conference readied for Las Vegas

The Oklahoma Bankers Association 2011 Community Bankers Leadership & Senior Management Conference is scheduled for April 3-5 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev.

This year's Conference features an exciting lineup of speakers including Bankers Management, Inc., president David Kemp, the Baker Group's Edward A. Krei, Technology Briefing Centers' Jack VonderHeide and Giant Partners' David Woods and Brent Douglas. The array of topics they will cover include “What High Performing Banks Do And The Others Won't,” “Social Media Best Practices: Engaging Customers While Minimizing Risks,” “How To Approach The Impending Merger/Acquisition Bubble As Either A Buyer Or Seller: What You Should Know,” and “Growing Your Bank ... It's Not What You Do, It's How You Think.”

Ending Monday and Tuesday will be a golf outing, with a scramble set for April 4 and a tournament on April 5.
This program has been designed to give bankers some real 'meat' that will help them maintain and improve their bank's profitability.

But, one of the key participants in the Conference will be a fellow peer. Attendees at the OBA 2011 Community Bankers Leadership & Senior Management Conference will be surrounded by those with similar titles, similar workloads, similar problems and, likely, solutions to issues that can be just as similar.

The chance to network and learn from your peers is just one unique and helpful asset of the Conference.

Time is growing short to be a part of this invaluable program. If you have any questions or want to get signed up, click here to download the brochure or contact Janis Reeser or Reistle Cohenour at the OBA at 405-424-5252.
