❚ Format

Sunday reception — Come and go from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Edgar Bar on the lobby level of The Mayflower Hotel.  However, you’re welcome to stick around and visit with your peers. If you are unable to come to the reception, we will have your name badge ready for you Monday morning.
Monday — All day briefings in the East Ballroom on the lobby level of The Mayflower Hotel.
Tuesday — Board the buses at 8 a.m. All day briefings on the third level of the The Capitol Hill Club. Board buses, return to The Mayflower Hotel after adjournment.
