On July 1, 2025, Oklahoma will fully transition to electronic liens and titles (ELT). Standard paper titles will no longer be printed. Lienholders will use electronic records, and dealers will have the option to use electronic bills of sale for title transactions. Service Oklahoma will host a Teams call every other week beginning March 24 and ending Sept. 1. These calls will show how the new system works and provide an opportunity to ask questions. If you would like to be added to these calls, please email Adrian Beverage (adrian@oba.com) and he’ll make sure you get the calendar invite. There is no limit on how many employees from each bank can participate.
