Compliance Alliance hosting webinar on Beneficial Ownership

Due to the numerous hotline questions received each week and the importance of implementing the regulation properly, Compliance Alliance is focusing its May webinar on Beneficial Ownership.

The webinar will take place at 2:30 p.m. on May 17.

While Beneficial Ownership has been covered in previous webinars, the Alliance is going to cover the basics, take a deep dive into FinCEN’s last-minute FAQs and touch on themes from the hundreds of C/A Hotline questions related to implementing this rule. In addition, the Alliance invites members to ask questions related to their first post 5/11 beneficial ownership accounts and any issues. This presentation will have an extended Q and A.

The webinar will be hosted by Compliance Alliance Deputy General Counsel Silvia Garcia Maggio.
