Adrian Beverage is an Oklahoma native. He joined the OBA in 2000 and became president and CEO of the Association in 2021.
He graduated in 1999 from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and political science where he once coached men’s basketball.

Lea Ann Jackson joined the OBA in May 1994. She is a certified public accountant and a certified association executive, as well as a licensed insurance agent. She served on the Governor’s Task Force for Recovery after the May 3, 1999, tornado and was a finalist for The Journal Record Woman of the Year in 1999.
Prior to joining the OBA, Jackson was controller for a medical research foundation and spent five years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.
Jackson is a native of Ada and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with her studies done at the University of Wyoming and the University of Central Oklahoma.

Kathryn Donovan joined the OBA in December 2018 as the Director of Accounting. Originally from Ada, she graduated from East Central University with an accounting degree. Kathryn is a wife to her husband Larry for 35 years, a mother of two and grandmother of three. She previously worked in accounting for an oil and gas business, and later a wholesale lumber business. In 1985, Kathryn was a World Champion Skeet Shooter, a member of the Oklahoma and National Skeet Shooting Hall of Fame. She currently lives in Edmond and enjoys baking, gardening, watching her son play hockey and competitive skeet shooting.

Jeremy has been in charge of the Oklahoma Banker newspaper as well as the OBA Web site and other member communications since joining the OBA in January 2002. A native of Hartshorne, he enjoys meeting and talking with the different people he encounters while doing his job. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma and a master of arts degree from OU with an emphasis in strategic communication. Previously, Jeremy worked as a sports writer in Lawton and, for the four years prior to joining the OBA, Lubbock, Texas, where he decided the town wasn’t big enough for both him and Bobby Knight. When not working, Jeremy is also an adjunct journalism instructor at the University of Oklahoma. He also loves to hike, read, watch football, baseball and boxing. And, if you ask, there’s a good chance he will regale you with the story about being interviewed on ESPN by Chris Fowler.

Reeser joined the OBA in 1984 as education secretary and was quickly promoted to Director of Banking Schools. She has been in her current position as Director of Education for over 30 years.
She is a graduate of Leadership Edmond and Leadership Oklahoma. Reeser serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement and the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education.

Debbie Leake has been with the OBA since 1999. She previously served in the U.S. military in several capacities: as a hydraulics mechanic for C-130s in the Navy, and in field artillery and combat battalions for the National Guard Maryland and Reserve National Guard California.
Leake also taught drug and alcohol awareness for seven years at the University of Arizona. She is licensed in Maine and California as an LPN. She also has served as a church secretary, paraprofessional multi handicapped children with the Edmond Public Schools and cook for the Edmond Public School District.

Originally from Lawton, Nancy McKinnis moved to Edmond in 1981. After being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years she re-entered the workplace and worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone for 11 years. She then entered the OKC-Edmond Metro Real Estate profession.
She joined the OBA in the summer of 1995 in the Education Department, and has also worked in the Government Relations Department. McKinnis has been actively involved in the Board of Realtors, Edmond Chamber of Commerce, Red Cross, Edmond Arts and Humanities Council, Chopin Society of Mid-America, and New Covenant United Methodist Church in Edmond. She is currently involved at NC as a Stephen Minister, Outreach Team and Celebration Team member, and also involved in the Pioneer Country Emmaus Community.

Sharon Lewis joined the OBA in February 2024. For over 35 years Sharon has assisted financial institutions and Oklahoma consumers in deterring and recovering from financial crimes. For 20 years she managed the Central Oklahoma Clearing House Association (COCHA), a statewide financial institution-based trade association, where she managed a robust fraud alert system. For 18 years, she was the Operational Security Officer for BancFirst, responsible for managing the operational loss prevention, detection, investigation, and recovery efforts for over 100 statewide locations. In February 2024, she became Vice President of the Fraud Division of the Oklahoma Bankers Association.
Sharon is a Lifetime Member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI), facilitates the Oklahoma City Metro Area Fraud Investigators Association (MAFIA), and actively attends other MAFIA meetings across the state. In April 2018, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office awarded Sharon with the Brad Edwards Consumer Champion Award. She is also an active alumni of the Oklahoma City FBI Citizens Academy.

Pauli Loeffler attended the University of Oklahoma, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1979, and a Juris Doctorate in 1982. While in law school, Pauli was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, served as the editor-in-chief of the weekly Law School News Letter and interned for the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office. Following graduation from law school, Loeffler joined the family law firm of Loeffler & Allen where her practice emphasized title examination for title insurance, contracts and probate.
In January 1988, Pauli became the estate administrator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. After moving to Edmond, Okla., in 1989, she joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in its Oklahoma City Field Office as a staff attorney in the bankruptcy section. From June 2004 until January 2011, Pauli served as assistant general counsel for the Oklahoma Bankers Association responding to a multitude of legal and compliance questions from the Association’s 250 member banks. Pauli is a former general counsel for Bankersonline.

Megan joined the OBA in May 2015. A native of Ardmore, she graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2008. Prior to joining the OBA, Megan worked as in events in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cooking, traveling and OSU sporting events. Megan has spent at least one day in each of the 48 continental states and plans to add Alaska and Hawaii to her list in the near future.

Thi Pham (pronounced Tea) joined the OBA in March 2017. Born and raised in Edmond, she graduated from UCO in 2005 with a bachelors in business. She worked as a teller at Bank of America then worked with OBA strategic member American Bank Systems for a few years. After finishing college, she began working at Dell Financial Services, becoming a top financial sales manager of the quarter several years in a row across three sites of Oklahoma City, Austin and Nashville, earning a President’s Club trip win. She decided to settle down and have a family of three while helping her friend open up three high-end, fast-paced salons with her Oklahoma esthetician license. After many years, she missed the financial industry and decided OBA was the place to succeed and grow as a young banking individual, helping make bankers better! Outside of work, Thi loves to spend time with her husband Martin, family, friends and traveling. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s school & at church.

Niki joined the OBA in May 2021. Prior to joining the OBA, Niki was the Court Clerk for the Town of Luther where she resides. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé on their five acres, with their nearly 50 animals including dogs, horses, chickens, turkeys, and one cockatiel.

Joan began working part-time for the OBA in the summer of 2011 while on break from her full-time job as Computer Teacher at Edmond North High School and continued that pattern for the following 10 summers. She retired from education in May 2021 and began full-time with the OBA in August 2022. Joan enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
