Agencies issue host state loan-to-deposit ratios

Federal bank regulatory agencies issued at the end of last month the host state loan-to-deposit ratios that are used to evaluate compliance with section 109 of the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994. FDIC seeks public comments about bank merger policies

The FDIC is accepting public comment on its proposal to change how the agency will evaluate bank merger applications.
